Responsibilities• Build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)

• Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations
• Conduct industry and company diligence
• Support deal execution and client communications

Qualifications• 1–5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
