The Company is seeking a Vice President with a focus on Corporate Finance and Treasury Leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise's liquidity, capital strategy, and global financial operations. This pivotal role involves direct partnership with executive leadership to drive financial flexibility, support expansion, and enhance overall performance. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of enterprise liquidity, forecasting, and capital deployment, managing lending relationships, and driving initiatives to improve working capital and cash efficiency. The role also encompasses global tax matters, corporate development activity, and the building of scalable processes across treasury and related functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate finance with a strong treasury foundation, at least 10 years of experience, and a proven track record in environments with complex capital structures and banking relationships. Experience in companies with revenue between $400M - $1B, practical involvement in tax matters, and a history of participation in acquisitions, integrations, or strategic finance initiatives are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, and who can build and develop a team while also being a hands-on operator.
