This opportunity is designed for an experienced financial services leader who knows that building a successful office starts with recruiting the right people. You will play a direct role in expanding our Atlanta team by identifying talented advisors, building relationships in the market, and giving recruits a compelling reason to choose TruOak.
More than 30 advisors have joined our firm this year, creating strong momentum across recruiting, production, training, and leadership development. We are ready to build on that growth with a Managing Director who can recruit consistently, lead effectively, and help advisors reach their potential.
This is not a role where you will be expected to build alone. You will have access to firm leadership, dedicated recruiting support, advisor development resources, advanced planning, training, mentorship, and an organization that is prepared to invest in its leaders.
The right person has already demonstrated the ability to produce, recruit, mentor, and develop advisors. You may currently lead a team, manage production, or help grow an office but feel that your present platform does not fully support your long-term ambition.
