Business Development Representative — AI Advertising Sales

We're looking for a dynamic, energetic Business Development Representative with a background in advertising, media, or marketing sales to join our team selling AI-driven advertising solutions. You'll engage prospective clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic outbound outreach — bringing your existing fluency in the ad sales world (agencies, publishers, ad tech, or digital marketing platforms) to a fast-growing AI advertising product.

This role requires direct experience in advertising, ad agency, ad tech, or digital marketing sales. Candidates from unrelated sales verticals (e.g., healthcare, insurance, legal, financial services, pharmaceuticals) will not be considered a fit for this position, regardless of general B2B sales experience.

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective advertisers and agencies, generating interest in AI advertising solutions
• Develop and nurture relationships with B2B clients across the advertising and marketing ecosystem
• Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating the value of AI-powered ad products
• Use CRM software (Salesforce or similar) to track leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategy and optimize lead generation
• Stay current on advertising industry trends, ad tech innovations, and competitor activity in the space

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience specifically within advertising, ad agencies, ad tech, digital marketing, or media sales — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
• Track record of outbound/warm calling and closing B2B deals in the advertising or marketing space
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Experience selling programmatic, digital, or AI-driven advertising products
• Existing relationships with ad agencies, media buyers, or marketing decision-makers
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered ad targeting or optimization tools
