• Communicate with customers to resolve any outstanding balances and answer any billing inquiries
• Monitor and track payment plans and arrangements to ensure compliance and timely payments
• Review and process refunds and credit memos as needed
• Conduct regular aging analysis to identify delinquent accounts and initiate collections efforts
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Follow up on outstanding balances and escalate delinquent accounts to management as necessary
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all collections efforts and customer interactions
