Financial Analyst Industry Analysis

The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights, improve reporting processes, and drive business performance through data-driven recommendations.

$30 - 35 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday Normal Business Hours (Ex. 8am-5pm, 7:30-4pm etc.) Quality of Management Financial soundness Long-term investment value Quality of products Status: Temp to Perm position. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reporting tools that enhance planning accuracy and support business continuity efforts Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and executive-level summaries Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather data, align financial objectives, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives and organizational goals Present findings and recommendations to leadership while supporting ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting processes, strengthen data integrity, and increase operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field ~5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate finance ~ Experience improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience If you have experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and turning complex data into strategic business insights, we would love for you to apply!
