Regional Assistant Community Manager - Multi-Site

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow and financial position. As an onsite leader, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines, and manage leasing, maintenance, and risk management in the Community Manager's absence.
