We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for a growing Healthcare Account in Clark.
This opportunity is ideal for High School and Senior High School graduates with at least EXPRO 2 experience who are looking to build or advance their career in the healthcare BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare-related services.
- Assist customers with account and service concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow established healthcare account processes and quality standards.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- Meet established customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- At least EXPRO 2
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to a shifting schedule
