Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Banking Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team. The successful candidate will assist banking customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and other financial service-related requests while providing professional and efficient customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account information, billing concerns, payments, and transaction inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about financial products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer requests, account updates, and service inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Escalate complex financial concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Previous BPO, banking, financial services, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
