Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
We are expanding our team for a Local BPO Account and are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.
- For Telesales Representatives: Introduce products and services, identify customer needs, and achieve sales goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
