Accounting Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Accounting Assistant Employment Type: Full-time (includes one weekend day); potential FT Available Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (½-hour lunch); USA Guided Tours LLC was founded in 2013 and is the top-rated sightseeing /transportation service provider in the National Capital Region. Our services, range from public and private sightseeing tours, to multi-forms of transportation. USAGT is in search of an experienced Accounting Assistant (for Falls Church, VA office) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide superb customer service
• Create, review, and file commission reports
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy
• Track and verify general invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
• Trace and verify concierge, vendors, and subcontractor payments
• Trace and verify hotel payment vouchers
• Review and pay traffic violations
• Other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting practices and software
