Recruiter

Sales Hatch is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Roswell, GA!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the hunt for great talent. You'll spend much of your time proactively identifying potential candidates, reaching out to people who may not be actively job searching, and building relationships with candidates as well as our clients.

Rather than simply reviewing incoming applications, you'll take an active approach to recruiting. From researching talent pools and initiating conversations to interviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring managers, you'll help drive searches forward and play a direct role in our clients' hiring success.

• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Reaching out to prospective and building relationships with candidates, including those who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence and persistence to find candidates, follow up, and bring them through the hiring process
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions at once.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to think creatively when searching for hard-to-find talent.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
