Litigation Attorney

Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney for a growing Law Office in Sandy Springs.

Case Management & Strategy: Manage an independent caseload from intake or pre-litigation investigation through trial, arbitration, or settlement.

Pleadings & Motions: Draft complaints, answers, counterclaims, and dispositive motions (such as motions to dismiss or summary judgment) in state and federal courts in Georgia.

Discovery: Conduct and defend depositions, draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories and requests for production), and manage e-discovery.

Court Appearances: Regularly appear before judges for status conferences, motion hearings, mediations, and trial.

Client & Witness Relations: Advise clients on legal risks, collaborate with expert witnesses, and negotiate settlements.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Licensure: Active license to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

5+years of litigation experience (such as commercial litigation, business law, insurance defense, or personal injury), though specific requirements vary by firm and seniority level.

Strong legal research, analytical writing, courtroom advocacy, and time-management abilities.
