• Handle commercial and residential real estate disputes from intake through trial or settlement.
• Litigate complex commercial and retail landlord-tenant matters, including evictions.
• Try quiet title, adverse possession, boundary, easement and right-of-way cases.
• Handle eminent domain, trespass and nuisance, and specific performance claims.
• Resolve disputes over escrow, earnest money, real estate commissions and disclosure, through mediation, arbitration or in court.

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, including first-chair or second-chair trial work.
• Real estate litigation experience, especially landlord-tenant and title or property disputes.
• Comfort taking a case through motions, discovery, mediation and trial.
• Clear, client-first communication.

Eminent domain or condemnation experience, mediation or arbitration work, and familiarity with residential and commercial closings.
