Tax Services Expert

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your tax expertise with community engagement, helping customers through the complexities of their tax needs.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location while collaborating with a team of financial professionals. Focus your efforts on full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients in navigating their tax situations. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide Tax Expertise: Offer hands-on tax advice and services for clients, addressing a range of situations from simple to complex.
• Be a Community Ambassador: Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax’s client base through outreach and events.
• Champion Intuit Solutions: Help clients understand and access Intuit's offerings, such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build Relationships: Create trust and rapport with clients to encourage long-term loyalty.

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN, with at least 3 years of experience preparing 30 or more 1040 returns per season.
• Availability to work on-site at a TurboTax office for at least 20 hours a week.
• Willingness to adhere to training requirements and participate in community engagement.

Must reside in the U.S. and be willing to obtain necessary state permits or licenses. The expected hourly pay range for this position varies by location. This role also includes eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and additional company benefits.
