  • Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution for concurrent commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and professionals to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and technical reports.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Conduct inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve issues impacting project timelines and deliverables promptly. Job Requirements
  • Associate's degree in construction management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multifamily and commercial construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is essential.
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines and budget constraints.
