About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to lead site development bids from plan review through final submission. This role manages grading, excavation, earthwork, utilities, and flat work estimates while partnering with leadership to identify risk, improve profitability, and win key regional work. Responsibilities

• Lead Bids: Manage complete proposals from takeoff to final package submission.
• Prepare Takeoffs: Assess accurate grading, earthwork, utility, and flat work quantities.
• Models: Build detailed dirt models using AGTEK for accurate earthwork quantity calculations.
• Develop Pricing: Substantiate production rates, labor needs, and equipment allocations.
• Coordinate Vendors: Solicit, compare, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Value Engineer: Review plans, soils reports, and project risks to identify savings. Qualifications

5–10 years estimating heavy civil and full site development projects.

Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered. Required Skills

• Software: Strong proficiency with AGTEK, HCSS HeavyBid, OST and related takeoff/estimating tools.
• Market knowledge: Atlanta-area subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal civil codes a plus. Compensation Package - Because we are employee-owned, your base salary rewards the impact you make today, while your ESOP shares secure your tomorrow.
