Between the two, finance teams are expanding across:

- Property / Portfolio Reporting Atlanta has one of the deepest REIT and real assets finance benches in the country, alongside a growing population of data center operator finance talent, and we are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates and Managers currently working in asset management, FP&A or corporate accounting at REITs, CRE platforms, or data center operators. The two platforms suit different moves, which is the point:
- The established operator offers scale, a mature multi-asset portfolio, and a sophisticated reporting and asset management function behind you
