HELI America is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to build a disciplined U.S. aftermarket sales function and grow parts business through our dealer network and customer relationships. You will develop the commercial plan, support major accounts, and improve coordination between sales demand and fulfillment. The role requires strong aftermarket judgment, execution, and visibility into sales performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Own sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, account action plans, and performance reporting for assigned business.
  • Develop pricing and discount recommendations within company approval policies.
  • Lead or coordinate sales activity, quotation follow-up, product communication, and dealer support workflows.
  • Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to improve demand visibility, availability, order fulfillment, and exception resolution.
  • Analyze sales, margin, purchasing patterns, backorders, and lost business to prioritize improvements.
  • Coordinate with service and product teams on parts identification, new product support, and recurring customer needs.
  • Establish repeatable processes, service expectations, and meaningful KPIs for the parts sales function.
  • Develop team capability and accountability within the approved organization and delegated authority.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Progressive parts sales or aftermarket commercial experience in industrial equipment, automotive, machinery, or a comparable sector.
  • Experience developing dealer or distributor accounts and managing sales forecasts and commercial performance.
  • Strong understanding of parts pricing, availability, fulfillment, and customer support.
  • Ability to analyze business data and translate findings into practical account and operating plans.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Professional English required.
  • Experience building a parts sales function or improving an existing dealer aftermarket program.
  • People leadership and experience coordinating demand planning.
  • Material handling equipment experience and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Parts revenue growth and margin performance within approved objectives.
  • Dealer account development, forecast quality, and effective quotation follow-up.
  • Better coordination of customer demand, availability, and fulfillment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office and warehouse-based work with visits to dealers, customers, and industry events as business needs require; site safety procedures apply. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
