We Want a Hands-On GSM We are not looking for someone who sits behind a desk and manages from an office. We're looking for a leader who is on the floor, involved in the deals, working with the sales team, developing managers, solving problems, creating energy, and doing whatever it takes to earn the business. Someone who makes things happen. The right candidate should have:

• Proven General Sales Manager experience
• Experience leading a high-volume dealership
• Strong desking and closing skills
• Ability to coach and develop salespeople and managers
• Strong focus on volume, gross, accountability, and profitability
• Ford experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
