About the job
  • Communicate by phone and email with internal and external customers regarding invoice questions and status.
  • Research payment and invoice status in Oracle and Basware systems.
  • Research and resolve invoice submission errors from Basware.
  • Provide invoice approval and review assistance as needed.
  • Monitor invoice data against source documents to ensure accuracy in Basware.
  • Display a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, including resolving issues timely and correctly.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Adaptability and flexibility required as job assignments may vary based upon department needs, incumbent’s skills, and job assignment allowances.
  • Experience with working remotely is a plus.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on and manage a high volume of work.
  • Ability to resolve issues and make recommendations.
  • Ability to establish and enhance processes to improve business results.
  • Basic computer competencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
