HR Coordinator - Entry Level

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Support employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as needed.
• Support affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.

• Strong knowledge of human capital management principles.
• Familiarity with employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations.
• Proficiency in change management practices.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making.
