You will independently manage complex transactions from inception through post-closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel.
Candidates should have 5+ years CRE paralegal experience in a law firm, with strong title review and closing coordination skills. Georgia experience preferred; ABA-approved certification is a plus.
