Position Summary-The Marketing Specialist will support Dunkin franchise operations by developing and executing local marketing initiatives that increase sales, guest engagement, loyalty, and community awareness. This role works closely with franchise leadership, restaurant teams, vendors, and Dunkin brand resources to ensure marketing programs are effectively executed. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing programs, promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and community events.
- Create social media content, flyers, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Manage local digital presence, including Google Business listings, hours, reviews, and basic local SEO.
- Support restaurant openings, remodels, grand openings, and market-specific marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with approved vendors, agencies, and Dunkin resources for creative and marketing needs.
- Monitor marketing performance, sales results, digital engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support loyalty, CRM, and digital ordering initiatives to increase guest frequency.
- Manage local marketing calendars, budgets, requests, and documentation.
- Partner with Restaurant Managers and franchise leadership to identify opportunities to increase transactions.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure all local marketing activities follow Dunkin guidelines.
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, community organizations, and local partners.
- Stay current on local trends, competitors, community events, and opportunities to drive traffic.
- Provide regular marketing updates and recommendations to franchise leadership. Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing, local marketing, social media, or restaurant/retail experience preferred.
- Franchise, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze basic sales and marketing results and turn them into actionable ideas.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with restaurant teams.
- Ability to travel between restaurants and attend local events as needed. Ideal Candidate A hands-on marketer who understands restaurants and local communities and can turn marketing ideas into actual restaurant traffic, transactions, and guest engagement.
