Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site construction operations across manufacturing and industrial projects.
- Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Implement site-specific safety plans, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce OSHA requirements.
- Coordinate labor, material deliveries, equipment usage, logistics, and site staging to maximize productivity.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, communicating changes and clarifications to project teams.
- Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, closeout, and handover activities in partnership with quality control and project management.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, incident records, change order documentation, and site activity records.

Skills
- At least 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a comparable field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and site safety practices.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on commercial, retail, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate materials, equipment, labor, inspections, and site logistics.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely between project sites. Nice-to-Have
Skills
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with manufacturing or complex industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction scheduling, project management, and quality control software.
- Experience managing punch lists, project closeout, and client handover activities.
- Previous experience mentoring junior superintendents or field staff.
